• Potential Risks:

• Usually competition from other camps is a factor but do to  shortage of camps in the area not projected to be a factor. This  would be the only Functioning Camp in the Roseburg area do  to the closing of Kellogg Christian Camp and Riddle Camp.  **Note in conversation with Joel Young, Director of Grove  Christian Camp he communicated to me personally “I get 2 to  3 calls a week of people to book a camp that at this time I can  not accommodate.”

• Getting Camp secured and renovations accomplished in a  timely matter, First season scheduled and operating, Raising  money to secure are functioning as we create clientele.  Possible economic challenges that no one can forecast. We  have been in prayer over this and through His peaceful leading  and confirmations we believe this is what The Lord would  have us do at this strategic timing.

• Mitigation Strategies:

• Our plan to Mitigate potential risks.

 - Raise the extra $300,000 to cover first 2 year start up.   - Secure Yearly Partners to give into the Camp

 - Have an experienced Camp Director to help us Communicate   to the Northwest that we are here and what we offer.   (Curtis Crittenden) - Resume available on request.
